Ensured all corporate product deliveries were received at all big-box stores with the highest level of quality. Managed product claims, visiting consumer homes with a Home Depot or Lowe’s representative to view issues, determine if the product fell under warranty, and if the matter could be resolved with replacement or credit. Created new shipping programs and products to successfully exceed the $10MM budget by 20%. Generated reports on each store to determine the fastest moving products and ensure inventory availability to enable shipment to stores in an expedited manner upon stock depletion to encourage sales growth. Oversaw fence display resets in the front of each store, monitoring third-party teams setting up displays, creating designs for 12 different fence panels for each store, and guiding proper set-up and tear-down in addition to ensuring correct display materials were delivered to each store and work was properly scheduled.
