Currently around 480,000 BWPD is injected into a waterflooded field while 2 Huff & Puff units are operated to sustain around 2,000-4,000 BOPD from 2 small heavy oil fields (the rests are light oil fields). Waterflood development studies is undergone presently for 3 small fields. Report to manager of Bangko assets management team in Sumatra Light Operations Business Unit. Project manager of Bangko waterflood optimization, successfully turned in a major capital project up to $150MM to a least optimization of $8MM through debottlenecking water treating plants, DoE reservoir simulation & using best practices & lessons learned from stage 1 BWO project, converting several producer wells to be injector and innovative water injection system lead to zero water discharge and potential adding reserves by 2-4 MMBO.
