From the client perspective, I ensure that I have an in-depth understanding of their needs and requirements, once this is achieved I work with the technical teams to ensure that we deliver in a timely and effective manner. My role as a Business Support Analyst involves client relations, writing government bids, developing business strategy, and implementing new business processes to ensure the seamless operation of the company.
