In this role, I designed and executed the global diversity and inclusion strategy. • Provided leadership coaching and problem-solving expertise for executive and mid-level managers, including change management, team performance, psychological safety, goal setting, employee development, and talent management. • Facilitated leadership development by designing and delivering tailored curricula based on established frameworks in adult-learning theory, coaching habits, psychological safety, DEI, and inclusive leadership. • Graduated 32 engineering leaders from a tailored 12-week leadership development program that created new habits for fostering psychological safety, resulting in a sustained 32+% increase in engagement. • Led annual global policy deployment that fully achieved our stretch goal, becoming the most successful PD of 2022. • Led improvements in employee lifecycle ‘moments that matter’ to improve engagement of women in management from JOP of 79% to 87%; exceeding original goal. • Chartered, designed, and facilitated a 9-month senior-level leader inclusion training and development program where 100% realized improvements in awareness, action, and advocacy; >80% realized significant improvement. • Established thriving partnerships with the Society for Women Engineers and Women in Manufacturing to provide improved development and recruiting networks for the organization. • Co-designed and implemented Fortive Inclusive Behavior Model.
