Jan. 2016 - Feb. 2017Anaco, Venezuela• Ensured 100% of the projects proceeded effectively and met customers’ expectations by planning and controlling resources (equipment and personnel), maintenance, inventory, but also involving in suppliers, contracts-tenders, revenue recognition and profits and loss sheets management. • Successfully managed the delivery of 3 high-profile (+30MMScf/D), full package, onshore exploratory and offshore developments jobs for major client PDVSA-CARDON IV in a span of 7 months (Jan 2016 – Jul 2016) with a lack of experienced personnel and general resources of 60% with respect to the levels in the same period for year 2015. Generated and reported a Revenue of 3MM USD during the period. • Gave proper closure to 100% of unsolved issues from previous projects, creating a strong lesson learned data base for future projects. • Effectively managed critical demotivating situation for personnel during intensive lay-offs period. Applied people management skills to keep personnel motivated and willing to outperform to attain business objectives.

Apr. 2015 - Dec. 2015Anaco, Venezuela• Developed, presented and got approval for an aggressive personnel plan for recruiting and transfer in, based on a huge activity increase forecasted for Testing Services in 2015, improving crew distribution and sizes that increase people productivity based on effective. Involved in 8 recruiting process (for a total of 42 new employees and 28 mid careers), but also in charge of personnel transfer in, permit to work and visas process for a total of 51 international employees with right experience to cover activities upcoming. • Presented and got approval a project to run fit-to-purpose Field Specialist course in house (Venezuela Base) adjusted from 6 to 4 weeks with same high training standards as Training Center to have high inflow of trainees certified in record time to run operations. The project resulting in a total saving of 663K USD for the Geomarket with 36 trainees successfully trained endorsed by the Training School. • Personnel loan in – loan out process managed to reduce accumulate time off balance for local people. • Prepared and presented a complete multiskilling intra and inter segment plan to increase people utilization, 15 people were trained in different sub-segment operations and other segments operations related to Testing jobs. The personnel effective utilization increased from 66% in Dec-14 to 81% in Dec-15. • Reduced the average training delay in 60%, from 27 months in Jul 2014 to 16 months by Dec 2015.
