I gained experience with AD, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, and Microsoft Entra. I contributed to projects like the APOS 6 rollout and Teams deployment, handling backend management and ensuring no CAP phones were missed. These projects helped me expand my IT skills and deepen my passion for the field.
I was required to support teams in multiple locations including the corporate office in County Hall, gaining experience in fast-paced environments with executive employees. I focused on improving IT relationships with other departments by performing daily checks in areas with common issues and building strong connections with department heads and SLT.
