Setting monthly and year budgets and profit goals, efficiently managing procurement to cut costs where possible, negotiating with travel agents and suppliers, evaluating STO rates and ensuring maxim profit is being met, delivering monthly expense reports to the Director, and preparing accounts for year end. • Recruitment and screening of all new employees including criminal background checks. • Interior design and reconstruction projects and keeping up to date with modern designs. • Marketing, web design and social media. • Designing and maintaining company policies and procedures for employees to ensure they deliver excellent customer service to all guests including training staff on a regular basis with customer service and general team building. • Maintaining guest relationships to gain return guests and offering loyal discounts for regular leisure and business guests while making sure profit margin is still being met, • Ensuring customer service and high standard hospitality is being delivered and managing any complaints.
