Train and support/coach PCVs and Community Health Workers in designing, planning and implementing Social and Behavior Change Communication (S/BCC) activities. Relay information related to project implementation and outcomes to small grant donors Liaise with Ministry of Health and community partners to jointly identify solutions to program implementation challenges. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT Developed Community Health Program training manuals Collaborated with Peace Corps Headquarter and Burkina Peace Corps staff in the effective design, of Peace Corps Burkina Community Health Logical Project Framework Liaise with Burkina Faso Ministry of health to ensure the Peace Corps Community Health Logical Project Framework comply with the national health priorities Draft/review documents related to program planning, implementation, and management, including memoranda of understandings, letters, Project Status report etc. Collaborate with Burkina Faso Ministry of health to ensure the Peace Corps Community Health Logical Project Framework comply with the national health priorities. Participate in best practices sharing workshops with other Peace Corps posts as well as Burkina Faso Ministry of Health. Participate in divers meetings with US Government agencies such as CDC Atlanta’s officials to discuss implementing new project in collaboration the Peace Corps and with the Burkina Faso Ministry of Health.
