May. 2012 - Aug. 2012Reporting directly to President Director, General Manager & GM of Merchandising for marketing analysis report bi-weekly. Preparing an annual Branding Effort plan for the company with the ultimate goal of increasing sales revenue through enhancing brand image, experience and creating greater brand awareness. Planning, developing and supervising the distribution all promotional materials for festive seasons, special promotions, new product announcements and/or new store openings. Developing tools to measure the success of the marketing plan as reflected in retail sales. Tracking target achievement progress and institute remedial action if targets weren’t achieved. Supervising 4 design staff in order to deliver fast, efficient & maximum result to communicate to target market. Visiting at least 2 outlets per week and discussing ways to increase brand experience with the outlet manager. Developing tools to carryout periodical consumer research.
