Aug. 2018 - Jun. 2019Costa Rica• In charge of managing the national portfolio of educational infrastructure projects, 1,400 projects in different stages of development (diagnosis, contracting, design, construction, equipment and land acquisition). • In charge of the national budget of educational infrastructure for an accumulated amount of $275 k million • In charge of the completion of 109 infrastructure projects that are equivalent to 120,683 square meters of construction, for a value of $ 56.7 million, carried out in a period of one year (2018-2019). • In charge of starting 69 infrastructure projects worth $ 68 million dollars, carried out in a period of one year (2018-2019). • Coordination of the management of new national policies for Educational Infrastructure. • Coordination with the educational community in all stages of the development of the Educational Infrastructure (students, teachers, principals, regional representatives and parents). • Promote and review new design opportunities in the field of Educational Infrastructure. • Coordination of emergencies associated with Educational Infrastructure (Natural disasters and sanitary conditions). • Intergovernmental coordination for the improvement of educational infrastructure (Executive Branch, Legislative Branch, Universities, Municipalities, National Bank) • Coordination with private companies and international organizations for the improvement and innovation of educational infrastructure (Inter-American Development Bank, European Union, Federated College of Engineers and Architects, architecture offices and construction companies nationwide). • Coordination of the Research Department of Educational Infrastructure, closely involved with Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica and University of Costa Rica,among other private and public institutions in several sustainable research proyects which gave the opportunity to support architecture students during their final graduation projects, as invited architect
