Spearheaded $11M Top 1000 Leadership Development program to support high-potential staff and boosted succession capabilities covering 1.1K senior middle, and front-line managers.
- Created delivery plan for the program through 2016-2017, as well as a communication plan, and selected team members to execute the initiative. Additionally, evaluated facilitators and leaders for program.
- Developed and implemented stakeholder management and communication plans which involved CEO, senior management, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the project. Led team to create company’s Corporate Academy($11M budget) including the development of learning requirements. Partnering extensively with top executives (CEO, VPs) stakeholders, and vendors on startup activities.
- Developed best practices, as well as benchmarking report, and prepared presentation for SVP of Human Resources on Corporate Universities with customized model for STC.
Boosted productivity 30% by driving conversion to Oracle Learning Management System (LMS), which automated processes and enabled L&D department to go paperless.
Created and introduced knowledge assessment tools to identify learning needs for 2K salespeople/managers.
Led culture change workshops, focused on the company’s new strategic direction, for 150+ senior and 700 middle and frontline managers. New vision and values led to a 22% increase in Organizational Health Index.
