(Dashboard Systems and Tracking Apps) • Conducts Daily Shop Floor Meetings (Virtually or Face to Face) with the Transport Team, which provides • visibility and feedback to their KPI standing, further to their daily work challenges. • Has driven the implementation and launching of Time Promised Deliveries for Tool Service Repair called • “3 or Free” which is one of the Key Customer Engagement Projects of Hilti Qatar and is running for 5 • years now. • Petty Cash Custodian of the Logistics Department, providing the Liquidation and Cost Analysis Report • every month end to Finance Dept. • Has introduced, presented and worked on the testing and implementation of App-Based Delivery • Tracking and POD Management for Hilti Qatar, organizing demos of Delivery Platforms such as DeTrack, • Fareye and Bringg Systems. • Processes PO’s, Bid Waivers, RFQ’s, Invoices and Vendor Creation Docs for all Logistics related Vendors.
