Leo collaborates with indigenous communities to identify specific needs and challenges, ensuring that HAKHU’s efforts are culturally relevant and impactful. He also engages with various stakeholders, including NGOs, governmental organizations, and international partners, to secure support and resources for HAKHU's initiatives. Through workshops, training sessions, and storytelling projects, Leo facilitates opportunities for participants to share their experiences and perspectives, fostering a sense of agency and leadership within the community. Under his guidance, HAKHU aims to elevate Indigenous voices, promote environmental stewardship, and advocate for the rights of marginalized communities in the face of environmental and social injustices.
