Designed and implemented corporate policy related to the application, utilization, integration, and feasibility of information systems. Conducted market research and analysis to find tools and services that best meet the technology needs of the organization and its clients. Conducted internal needs assessments and focus groups to evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of IT systems and services. Performed regular surveys and analysis of existing systems with the goal of increased reliability and efficiency. Directed the provisioning of information technology systems, services, and support throughout the organization. Oversaw the preparation and administration of organization and project budgets. Tracked State and Federal legislation which may influence policies and procedures. Key Results:
- Led the organization through the process of identifying and selecting the new corporate ERP system to be based on Microsoft Dynamics (formerly Great Plains). - Created the new business unit known as Covenant Industries Technology. This business unit leverages services from partner resources, provides a single point of contact for our clients, and is focused on providing technology solutions to small/medium sized businesses. - Contributing member of the writing team on proposals for numerous state, local, and federal contracts to deliver call center operations, health care enrollment services, Interactive Voice Response systems, and Solar/Energy Efficiency program administration.
