Key responsibilities: - Identifying key issues for consideration under integration plans and collation of impact levels of each key issue. - Developing and managing the strategic plan for Integration, ensuring inclusion of all identified impacted areas and tactics to ensure all impacted areas are efficiently working towards integration. - Implementing and collaborating with a multitude of cross association working groups focussed on specific areas, providing terms of reference and overseeing outputs for consideration by the Steering Group on Integration. - Ensuring the project scope is clearly identified and documented and that the impact in any shift in scope is clearly communicated to all stakeholders. - Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with the project team and with key stakeholders across all three Associations. - Overseeing and delivering multiple concurrent complex projects to ensure the vision of integrating to One Association for Gaelic Games by 2027 is achieved. - Developing and overseeing approval of key communications to relevant stakeholders across each association and the broader membership base of each.
