Auditing of the final product (Shipping Quality Assurance) and feeding back to the manufacturing facility for continuous improvement. Auditing of vehicles with the distributors at the launch of a new model. Monthly reporting to senior executive on the quality status. Justify and control budgets and headcount (total reporting = 47 members).
