Jan. 2004 - Jan. 2010I facilitated classroom and virtual training of retail courses including functional skills, soft skills, service, sales, leadership and operations using consultative training for impact approach. I effectively evaluated traineesโ performance and their ability to perform their job as well as determined growth opportunities. I had the additional and enjoyable responsibility with the roll out of new products, procedure and corporate culture; acting as the training liaison for national projects as well as a content contributor to new courses and projects. I established and maintained strong partnerships with business lines thorough one on one coaching, by attending appropriate meetings and making branch visits to improve performance. I often partnered with regional, district and branch managers to identify performance needs using excellent performance improvement consulting & project management skills.
