I’m currently working as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore, part of The HEINEKEN Company, where I focus on improving asset reliability, maintenance systems, and overall plant performance within high-speed brewing and packaging operations. In my role, I work closely with cross-functional teams to drive plant availability and efficiency through structured reliability practices such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), breakdown analysis (BDA/RCFA), and preventive maintenance optimization. I also manage asset master data in CMMS, develop maintenance strategies aligned with global standards, and support initiatives that improve line efficiency and reduce downtime. I’m actively involved in CAPEX planning and execution, where I manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery of engineering solutions. This has given me strong exposure to financial management, including cost control, budget tracking, and ROI-driven decision-making within an engineering environment. I’ve also led initiatives in spare parts optimization and inventory management to improve equipment reliability and reduce operational risks. Prior to this, I gained experience as a Wealth Management Associate, where I was involved in investment advisory, portfolio discussions, and client servicing. This experience strengthened my understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and client relationship management, which I now apply in a more technical and operational context when handling project investments and cost justifications. I’m passionate about continuous improvement and sustainability, and I’m always looking for ways to align engineering practices with efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible operations.
