I acted as direct advisor to branch supervisor, Deputy Chief Information Officer, the Chief Information Officer, as well as senior leadership on matters relative to upcoming projects, configuration control, and industry best practices within the environment. I managed system resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and lifecycle to ensure operations are optimized on both physical and virtual environments in two logical domains. I diagnosed, troubleshot, and resolved issues related to hardware, software, or other network and system problems on managed systems to restore service in the event of an outage and perform preventive maintenance against future failures: maintaining a success rate of issue resolution in 30 days or less for large scale issues. I completed CP-34 training requirements for Level 2 Technical Certification (135 hours of DoD aligned training, experience, and certifications), and am working towards completing Level 3 Technical and Level 3 Management.
