I manage the full cycle of developing and publishing robust learning products by working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in specialized business areas, strategically shaping learning programs based on the needs of the target audience, applying the most appropriate tools and technology for each project, and assessing the successful retention of knowledge by the learners. I have overseen the publication of over 20 learning products including online self-paced courses, step-by-step Job Aids and Guides and “how to videos” on Travel Management, Disability Inclusion, Data Analytics, a new UN Jurisprudence Online Database and more. I am spearheading the development of an innovative "UN Global Learning Catalogue" using the Microsoft Power Platform / Dataverse-supported Citizen Development approach. The new Global Learning Catalogue will be a "one stop shop" for UN personnel globally and other stakeholders such as the United Nations Member States' representatives. The implementation of the new data-driven Learning Catalogue will enable robust searching, indexing and registration for over 500 learning opportunities, as well as enabling accurate analytics of training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using data drawn from more than 10 different platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

I conducted communications and supported capacity building to empower approximately 40,000 UN personnel across the globe to successfully adopt new ERP functions. I developed ERP training and learning programs, with a focus on online training and "just in time" resources to support the roll-out of over 30 new functionalities and continuous improvements. I drafted, edited and published copious training and change management content on approximately 20 different platforms, including several Learning Management Systems (LMS), Drupal-based public websites and the UN Intranet site, and supported to roll-out of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams across the UN. I provided in-person, virtual and written guidance and training to senior managers on the role and structure of the new ERP Governance Model, the ERP Change Board. I educated UN senior management and staff on the process of requesting and implementing continuous improvements to ERP solutions. I also served as ERP Project Manager, coordinating the full cycle of defining business needs, overseeing software development, testing, deployment, user provisioning, training and adoption of new modules and enhancements. I delivered operational support and advice to UN senior managers and staff on all ERP-related management, governance and compliance matters.
