Chronological Biography Gastón Eduardo Guerra Rasmussen is an Argentine architect whose career is characterized by a constant evolution from technical research to the management of large-scale infrastructure projects. His professional path began to consolidate between 2012 and 2023 in Mendoza, serving as an Assistant to an Accounting Expert. During this stage, he developed sharp analytical skills by working on expert reports for labor, criminal, civil, and commercial courts. In 2015, he completed a technical research internship at the University of Boyacá, Colombia , focusing on the optimization and standardization of "plastic wood" as a construction material. In 2019, he strengthened his technological capabilities with training in advanced 3D modeling. With the onset of the pandemic in 2020, he collaborated with the Municipality of Las Heras on the design and execution of urban interventions for social distancing, adapting public spaces to new health requirements. By 2022, he joined the Architecture and Engineering Directorate of the Government of Mendoza. There, he participated in emblematic projects under BIM methodology, including Plaza Sarmiento, the Fire Department General Headquarters, and various regional health.
