Monitor transaction trends to identify uptime patterns and engage internal stakeholders to fix any channel uptime challenges to optimize and reduce service failures. Design, document and implement seamless faster onboarding platform, support sales/merchant to onboard. the process must cover all policies and protocols from regulators and card schemes. Design and implement ways/platforms customer support needs are received, visible and resolved. Deploy OLAs/SLAs designed to provide adequate support to merchants' businesses. Ensure all transactions are settled on time and accurately, merchants are trained and well informed on our dispute process, notified and have visibility. Implement the merchant risk management policy, Design and implement adequate process to reduce risk. Optimize team performance by designing Templates, Service procedure, Guidelines and Team meetings Optimize Merchant Service management by designing SLA, Processes, Documentation and having service review meeting. Serve as an escalation point forrClients for technical operational support of all Merchant acquiring products, services, processing questions and issues. Conduct regular engagement with Clients and provide proactive operational support to ensure that both the client and merchant acquiring are operating in the most effective manner Develop and manage short term operational initiatives, special projects and client-driven continuous improvement plans. Provide necessary advisory, education and training to the clients in the area of Acquiring operations Represents client business and processing priorities to internal and external stakeholders for support and account planning activities Provides consultancy for onboarding new services and products, client migrations, payments processing operations, services & initiatives
