Some administration tasks are: Configure telephony trunks including DIDs blocks, timer and CRC management, VoIP software logs administration, Third Level technical support, Management and configuration of the backup system, Analyze and report any issue based on the logs system and network behavior. Implement IP PBX solutions for medium size companies: Implement VoIP solutions for local companies, including PBX services such as call conferences, parking calls, voicemails and calls statistics. The main responsibilities are: gather client requirements, design the VoIP solution, evaluate and enhance the networking status of the client following the best practices of VoIP systems, implement the VoIP solution and deliver to the client meeting the solution’s goals. Networking administration: Installation, configuration and administration of the networking infrastructure. The networking is based on Cisco technology WAN and LAN. The network administration tasks are as following: check network and servers logs, monitoring using MRTG configuration and check possible local NIC problems on each company's production servers. Security Administration: Security design for all the IT infrastructure of VC. Project tasks include analize and design security policies and contingency plans to guarantee and optimal security level. Research and Development: Research about new technologies of VoIP, analize VoIP issues based on ethereal and WinEyeQ. Research and configure CRM products such as Sugar, Hipergate and Compiere. Research and design new VoIP infrastructure based on Asterisk, SER and QUINTUM technologies.
