I'm a senior marketing and communications leader with experience shaping strategy, brand and growth across commercial, public-sector and purpose-led organisations. My work focuses on helping organisations clarify what they're trying to achieve, who they need to reach, and how to do that in practice. I translate strategy into measurable activity across marketing, communications, CRM and digital platforms. I'm particularly comfortable operating in complex or sensitive environments where judgement and trust must align with delivery and compliance. Alongside senior in-house roles, I've led consultancy work through GelatoLDN, acting as a strategic partner to founders and leadership teams - owning go-to-market strategy, brand and the digital systems that support them. A significant part of my career has been purpose-led, including education, mental health and social justice. I'm motivated by organisations that want to do meaningful, and I care about how impact is communicated, measured and sustained without oversimplifying complex issues. I'm open to senior leadership roles across marketing, communications, brand and growth - particularly where there's ambition, complexity or clear social purpose.
