Worked with leadership and subject matter experts to develop “Lean” plans, and assist with execution. Lean plans included: consulting on projects, development of facilitators, training for managers and frontline employees, workshop planning, conducting and follow up to workshops, and communication. Passed Six Sigma Green belt exam – Project Lead for “Controllable” Denied Boarding Six Sigma Green belt project – used statistical analysis to find root cause to reduce the percentage of denied boardings reported with DB Empty/Sby boarded from 26% to 13.5% for an annual BTC (Bonus Travel Coupon) compensation savings of $350K signed off by division controller. Project influenced DOT ranking from 16th to 4th Facilitate workshop lifecycle (Planning, Financial Assessment, Scoping, Testing, Implementation, and Follow-up) and the coordination of project consultation, development of facilitators, and training. Delivered Lean training to management and frontline employees Lean 101, Process Mapping, Brainstorming, and 5S Fundamentals. Presented projects to Officer groups at Lean Virtual Tours to showcase improvements and educate on Lean Six Sigma methodology. Participant of Boeing Moonshine Wars, where project teams used 3P and Lean principles to brainstorm, design, test, and build working prototypes.
