Jun. 2015 - Jul. 2023Sydney, New South Wales, Australia• 1:1 role with responsibility for professional and personal support • Heavy calendar and inbox management as well as call screening and taking messages for later action • Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff when MD is unavailable or busy, including proactively solving issues on MD’s behalf • Constant improvement and streamlining of processes across all four businesses to ensure continuity and maximum efficiency • Creation and oversight of the group events team – growing it from zero revenue in 2016 to at least $2M by the end of this year. Heavy involvement in the sales process as well as marketing and team management and creation of processes and reporting • HR tasks, including writing job descriptions, screening resumes and conducting first interviews then onboarding successful applicants • Meeting coordination – both client and internal and often across all four venues – meeting agendas, minutes and creation of presentations • Responsibility for driving company collaborations/PR projects – bringing opportunities to the MD, acting as liaison between external client, MD and venue managers, working with designers on collateral, managing deadlines and ensuring the project is executed smoothly • Social media coordination across two of the venues until this tasks was passed to the venue managers • Organising team events – both venue-based and team-wide.
