Through regular, proactive communication, I increase engagement, provide clear career direction, and highlight opportunities within MSF. ✦In collaboration with recruitment, I ensure seamless handover to career management, supporting new IMS recruits’ transition and onboarding journey. ✦I identify relevant learning and development resources, equipping IMS with essential skills for challenging roles, and maintain an updated IMS database for informed decision-making and effective career tracking. ✦My participation in national and international meetings broadens strategic alignment across MSF centers, strengthening HR and career management practices. ✦Through continuous process improvements, I optimize workflows, ensuring the HR function is efficient and impactful in managing talent for MSF’s mission-driven work.
