Actively engage in all ESG initiatives across the estate and drive the adoption of policies and procedures and will ensure these are adhered consistently across the KX retail portfolio. Aid in the production of the annual service charge budgets and management accounts for Retail specific buildings and Estate contracts impacting retailers, coordinating the input of internal resources and ensuring strict adherence to the published programs.
