Jan. 2025Support the Head of Experience in driving a culture of innovation, enhanced asset values and world-class customer service and work to operationalise the vision of the Landlord and the investors in respect of all Retail strategies and operations. To build, lead, manage and develop a high-performance Retail Team by building capability to perform whilst challenging the team to push the limits of their development to be the best they can be. Managing relationships with 100+ occupiers (Retail, F&B and Leisure) across the whole estate to maximise sales performance by identifying poor performers and working with them to implement SMART action plans. Work closely with the Leadership team to shape the customer experience approach for Retailers. Ensure the agreed strategy is adopted and embraced by the whole Retail Team. Deliver an annual Retail strategy with visible metrics to further enhance and maximise the revenue potential from the retailers, as well as reviewing Retailer performance and provide trend analysis to the Senior Management team. Conducting regular competitive shops to benchmark Retailer performance and standards. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail operations across the King's Cross Estate, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Actively engage in all ESG initiatives across the estate and drive the adoption of policies and procedures and will ensure these are adhered consistently across the KX retail portfolio. Aid in the production of the annual service charge budgets and management accounts for Retail specific buildings and Estate contracts impacting retailers, coordinating the input of internal resources and ensuring strict adherence to the published programs.
