Created and launched the “Works with Ring” ecosystem integration program, onboarding top-tier partners like Sonos, Schlage, and Philips. Developed and launched Ring.com’s third-party device marketplace with 20+ integrated products. Wrote Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Amazon-style PR/FAQs for new initiatives — including a CV-based subscription tier escalated to Jeff Bezos. Managed all phases of product lifecycle for accessories: vision, sourcing, design, manufacturing (Taiwan), and global rollout. Oversaw internal alpha testing, collaborating with engineering teams in Ukraine and supply chain teams for launch success. Led RFP and engagement with leading industrial design firms (IDEO, Frog, Lunar) for Ring Alarm redesign. Partnered with Mobile App and Design teams to align hardware innovation with software ecosystem evolution. Served as the de facto Product Marketing lead during a period of rapid scaling, owning positioning and sales enablement.
