I’m a client-focused commercial and operations leader with hands-on experience driving operational and digital transformation, improving service delivery, and leading cross-functional teams with clear ownership and accountability. n my current role as Managing Director at Seikluspark OÜ, I’ve restructured core processes, implemented tools including Microsoft 365, reduced manual work through digitalization, and owned budgeting and performance monitoring to align actions with long-term goals. I actively leverage AI in daily work and in business improvements—using ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, and Perplexity for different purposes (process redesign, documentation, research/validation, communication, and standardizing outputs). I’ve integrated AI into areas such as workforce management, internal communication, and content creation, and connected M365 workflows with ChatGPT to streamline structured documentation and reusable internal materials. I’m known for structured decision-making, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a practical “from idea to adoption” approach—building clear workflows, supporting implementation, and ensuring results are actually used. Fluent in Estonian (native) and English (C2). Currently completing an MSc in Management and Marketing (expected 2027) and hold a BA in Entrepreneurship and Project Management (2024).
