My duties initially revolved around the chat service, however within months I had progressed to handling claims as well as Special Assistance requests. While working under this position, I gained knowledge of certain Software tools used for operations, as well as how to use them efficiently. These include Microsoft Office as well as other reservation management tools. Working in this role also required a lot of problem solving, patience, dedication, empathy, diligence and efficient communication. These are all skills I managed to harness and improve upon to be an effective agent.
