I am a CA-qualified senior finance leader with over ten years’ experience leading finance and commercial functions across complex, multi-entity and growth-focused organisations. Most recently, I was Chief Financial Officer of TBWA New Zealand, where I was a core member of the executive team and a trusted partner to the CEO and global leadership. My experience spans end-to-end financial leadership, including commercial strategy, forecasting, performance management, governance, and statutory reporting. I have led teams through periods of growth and change, strengthened financial discipline and insight, and supported confident decision-making at Board and executive level. I am known for combining strong commercial judgement with a hands-on, people-led leadership style and a focus on building sustainable, high-performing businesses.
