Strong focus on data management, including data engineering, governance, and data science/AI/ML/Analytics. • Tech + Biz Management work includes architecture, development, optimization, maintenance, project management, goal setting/tracking, full budgeting cycle, procurement, tools & technologies, vendor management, negotiation, stakeholder relations, strategy, transitions, roadmaps, ROI/CBA/TCO, cloud integration, tech-ops (dev/data/sec/sys), proposal dev, etc. • Manage all aspects of Staff, career planning/tracking/fulfillment, reviews, retention, etc. Also provide tech + biz mentoring. • Building new lab (90%+ cloud) for sandboxing, pilot solutioning, and showcasing. • Note: ~9 months of Dfuse tenure was part time while Jeff served as direct Government IC Employee (GS-15 Step 10) to resolve a couple of Executive Orders. He then returned to this same full time CTO position for Dfuse.
