My responsibilities include: • Managing end-to-end guest experience for villa stays, retreats, and private events • Overseeing restaurant operations: menu development, food costing, quality control, and pricing strategy • Coordinating the launch of new menu items, from scheduling tastings to supervising plating, photography, and promotional rollout • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns • Leading maintenance and renovation projects, ensuring sustainable design and functionality align with brand values • Working on Mana's Environmental Dashboard and Eco Feature Report to track our impact and improve sustainable practices • Supporting business expansion, vendor management, and store curation with a focus on eco-friendly and local products • Driving strategic improvements based on data and frontline observations This role allows me to integrate my passion for sustainability, local community empowerment, and operational excellence.
