Modul Upload File Besar (Publisher Submission System) - Developed a Flutter desktop client for secure, resumable file uploads (>200MB) using SFTP + internal API. - Implemented chunked uploads with progress bar, retry, resume on failure, and hash-based validation. - Added drag & drop, batch uploads, automatic metadata sync, and SSO for publishers. - Provided real-time upload status through an integrated web dashboard, plus email/in-app error notifications. Modul Pendayagunaan Koleksi Digital (Digital Library Access System) - Built a standalone Flutter desktop app (.exe) with auto-update and offline metadata caching. - Integrated Google OAuth + fallback SSO for secure access. - Delivered search, filtering, favorites, preview with watermark protection. - Added offline browsing indicator, local history logs, and protected preview (no copy/download).

ANDALALIN (Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas) System for traffic impact assessment licensing required for infrastructure or business development projects, automating analysis submission, evaluation by authorities, and issuance of approvals. TDBUPJ (Tanda Daftar Badan Usaha Perlengkapan Jalan) Digital registry for businesses providing road equipment (e.g., signage, markings, safety devices), enabling automated verification and certification to ensure compliance with traffic standards.
