Sep. 2015 - Feb. 2018Palo Alto, CAProvide programmatic support with grants management, grantee communication, financial accounting, and event coordinating for the Peery Foundation team to ensure efficiency of operations and effective delivery of grants. ● Manage and oversee event planning and logistical coordination for PF annual meetings ● Create monthly reports for internal use ● Participate in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new staff ● Research prospects and leads ● Create and process grants documentation ● Collect and input new grantee information on the website and knowledge management systems ● Maintain and support relationships and communications with grantees, board members, nonprofit partners, and other key stakeholders important to the Foundation’s programmatic work ● Coordinate and provide critical analysis and evaluation of grantee check ins ● Grants timeline management, provide task reminders for Portfolio Directors ● Work with Portfolio Directors to support pipeline development ● Support Portfolio Directors with due diligence, specifically reviewing and analyzing proposals and budgets
