My responsibilities encompassed developing tailored lesson plans that catered to the diverse needs and skill levels of my students, ranging from young children to adults. In my role, I focused on creating a safe and encouraging environment that promoted learning and confidence in the water. I employed a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on demonstrations and verbal instruction, to effectively communicate swimming techniques such as stroke mechanics, breathing patterns, and starts and turns for competitive swimming. I emphasized the importance of water safety, ensuring students were equipped with essential survival skills and knowledge. Throughout my experience, I organized and conducted group and individual training sessions, which involved monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to help students refine their techniques.
