I am a Medical Doctor and healthcare project management professional with extensive experience in planning, financing, and delivering large-scale healthcare infrastructure and modernization programs. I combine hands-on leadership in public-sector PMUs with private-sector consulting, supporting projects end-to-end—from medical masterplanning, feasibility studies and business cases, to budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, procurement support, implementation oversight, and monitoring.
