Sep. 2025Washington, District of Columbia, United StatesThe Coaching Warriors Forward Project™️ provides no cost identity, transition, and whole person coaching to veterans, the military community, law enforcement and first responders. 50% of veterans leave their first post military job after one year. The statistic is striking and is rooted in the fact that the military transition program is focused on getting a job and transferring skills instead of identity and wholeness and what happens after taking off the uniform. The same is true for law enforcement and first responders. The project’s founder, Annie Peguero, ICF coach and veteran spouse- resigned from federal law enforcement to marry a Marine and move to a tiny island in the far east where she realized she turned over her identity when she handed over her gun and badge. Left to navigate this alone over a decade ago, Annie realized she needed to do something to help this community and The Coaching Warriors Forward Project began to form!
