Responsible for supporting the overall administrative management of the project and thus the project controlling, project time controlling, coordination issues, reporting of Parties and overall EuroCC activities. Defining and organizing the quality assurance processes of deliverables, reports but also on publications and presentations. Therefore, I'm responsibility to schedule internal reviews, assign reviewers from the consortium and to monitor the execution of review of project outputs.
- Monthly meetings with representatives from 33 countries
- Author of over 10 deliverables for the European Commission
- Conducted over 5 workshops on the topics:
1. Topic 1: Visibility, effective communication tactics, branding strategies, and leveraging social media platforms to enhance the NCC visibility within their respective regions and in the EU.
2. Topic 2: User Engagement and Feedback Tracking exploring best practices for engaging stakeholders, tracking feedback, and improving user experience within the NCC ecosystem.
3. Topic 3: Establishing Business Relations Between Industry and Academia exploring strategies for bridging the gap between SMEs and academic institutions, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
4. Topic 4: Efficient and Effective Provisioning of Training Programs exploring insights into optimizing training programs to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards.
