Mar. 2013 - Apr. 2014Kirkland, Washington-Setting up new client accounts, answering phone and patching calls, preparing offices for move-in, troubleshooting basic technical issues, programming phones, and assisting with various administrative tasks -Managing the accounting and collections for the Carillon Point center -Handle client retention and drive center office sales, as well as being the first line of escalation for the resolution of client concerns -In-house Event Planner; plan and execute client and broker’s events, including facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing, and VC equipment set-up for both in-house and referral clients -In charge of Carillon Point center marketing using outlets like Craigslist and Smore.com -Serves as a mentor and trainer for new CSR’s joining the company -Provides the ‘wow’ factor of customer service to clients and other working professionals
