I work closely with my production staff, and external staff to cover the creative brief and project explanation. I have creative input at the beginning of the project along with input from other team members. I am responsible for creating the production schedule and ensure that all tasks are fulfilled. I am responsible for my team members, their tasks, the deadlines and approval of all projects they are involved in. I approve their expense reports and vacation time schedule and do quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews. I am responsible for the pre and post-production process to maintain a good line of communication with all parties involved in the project to make sure the proofing and end goal deadlines are achieved. I am responsible for applicable budgets and handling all proposal requests for business on given projects. For our internal or external meetings, virtual meetings, conference and tradeshows, I act as the stage manager and producer to make decisions on set design, multimedia, stage lighting, seating layouts, video and/or screens. I’m involved in the budget proposal, vendor selection process and creative and planning process. I am responsible for creating the visual appearance of our corporate videos to keep in line with current brand standards. I am responsible to keep up with the changing technology surrounding photography, video and branding. This will include camera and computer equipment and software. I am a camera and computer geek fluent in the Adobe Studio of products. I am responsible for the creation, style and design of all graphic elements, including signs, billboards, posters, logos, nameplates that are created specifically for a brand or video project. I am responsible for updating and policing the brand documents to ensure the company brand is followed correctly.

Each project should be a collaborative effort with staff members. I am responsible for creating the production schedule and ensure that all tasks are fulfilled on schedule. I am responsible for updating and policing the brand documents to ensure the company brand is followed correctly. Duties & Responsibilities 1. I am responsible for the pre and post-production process to maintain a good line of communication with all parties involved in the project to make sure the proofing and end goal deadlines are achieved. 2. I make decisions on lighting and framing of all video and photographic shots to ensure a quality product. 3. I am responsible for the choice and deployment of microphones, operation of a sound recording device, and the mixing of audio signals in real time. 4. I am responsible for the design and creation of all graphic elements, including: signs, billboards, posters, logos, nameplates that are created specifically for a brand or video project. 5. I am responsible for all special effects and color adjustments to footage that will be used for final production. 6. I am responsible to keep up with the changing technology surrounding photography, video and branding. This will include equipment and software. 7. I am responsible for creating the visual appearance of the video to keep in line with current brand standards. 8. I am responsible for maintaining and updating the Brand video and photography apparel tip sheet and release forms.
