- Design and improve in-house hiring processes and recruitment workflows as part of the company operating model.
- Clarify workflows, responsibilities and daily routines so teams work more predictably and with fewer communication issues.
- Design practical HR processes and performance routines β onboarding, expectations, feedback cycles, communication paths and decision logic.
- Support performance management practices (OKRs, KPIs, mid-cycle check-ins, performance appraisal, PIPs and 360-degree
feedback inputs).
- Support early-stage and distributed teams by introducing hiring and people tools and metrics (ATS, LMS, eNPS, turnover
insights, time-to-fill) and helping leadership establish clear roles, recruitment workflows and organisational structure.
- Support people-related decisions around headcount planning, compensation logic, compa-ratio discussions and variable pay
structure.
- Design practical HR processes and performance routines (onboarding, expectations, feedback cycles, communication paths) as part of HR brand and employer branding.
