This project aimed to empower young single mothers, ensuring their social inclusion and self-reliance. By providing tailored support, vocational training, and resources, the program uplifted women's dignity and fostered self-sufficiency. For instance, through skill-building workshops and community engagement, several single mothers acquired sustainable livelihood skills, enhancing their independence and societal integration. • Leadership Impact and Caregiving Responsibilities: Effectively managed a team of 25 employees and served as the primary caregiver for 608 Most Vulnerable Children. Demonstrated leadership by overseeing the team's performance and providing guidance, resulting in efficient operations and enhanced support for vulnerable children. As a caregiver, ensured the well-being and holistic development of these children by coordinating comprehensive care services, including healthcare, education, and social support, ensuring their safety and nurturing environment. • Financial Management and Donor Project Leadership: Managed donor-funded projects with an annual financial income of Tshs 1.6 billion each year at both project and departmental levels. This involved adeptly handling finances, strategic planning, and project execution. Successfully securing and managing funds ensured the continuity and expansion of vital services benefiting vulnerable children. For example, through robust financial management and transparent reporting, fostered confidence among donors, resulting in sustained support and increased funding for ongoing and new projects.
