At this stage of life, roles change and women are needed in a different way. When you think about women 40 +, they are at the pinnacle of their career, or working to get back into the workforce after a decade or more off. They may have an empty nest or be the oldest parent in the school pick up line. They might be dealing with caring for or grieving the loss of parents or a spouse. It could be a time to finish something you've started. With my weekly podcast, my blog, public speaking engagements or my book to be published in 2020 (my 50th gift to myself), I want women to live forward and not look back. We haven't peaked yet, we are just getting started.
