Black Peak Energy (Pty) Ltd is an energy auditing and advisory firm that specializes in issuing Energy Performance Certificates (“EPCs”) for buildings. Typical projects entail: • Use the provided information to verify which buildings require EPCs and which do not. • Analyse the collected data and establish energy used for each building. Where buildings are not metered, the building owner will be required to install meters and log energy consumption data for a prescribed period. • Conduct the site EPC assessment, perform SANS1544 EPC calculations and issue EPCs
