Responsibilities included: • Demonstrating sales accountability while closely monitoring KPI's and metrics to ensure daily sales quotas were met • Providing in the moment coaching/training to store associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management and execution of standards • Assisting with floor sets, merchandise flow, such as shipment, replenishment, omni-channel operations, in the store in addition to ensuring brand standards were met • Promoting and supporting an environment focused on delivering great in-store customer experiences • Effectively resolving customer service issues to a positive outcome • Displaying expert knowledge of product, company policies, promotions, loyalty programs • Providing leadership and assistance with product launches, window changes, visual presentation standards, signage placement, etc • Ensuring customer orders were completed and delivered in a timely manner
