I enjoy making complicated things easy for pupils to understand as well as application of real-life scenarios around them into the Singapore Cambridge subjects to help them see how useful what they are learning is to everyday life. Giving the pupils the opportunity to try, make mistakes, fail and explore even beyond the syllabus or the exams, gives me excitement. Exploring the curiosity that pupils have and the spark once they understood certain concepts and was able to apply them on their own. I have worked with Clementi Primary for 4 years before joining Think Teach Academy as a tutor for another 5 years. I mainly taught Math and English for the lower primary students (Primary 1 and 2) as well as science and math for primary 3 to 5 in Clementi Primary. I was also involved with the setting of school exam papers as well as the marking of PSLE papers. As for my job as a tutor in Think Teach Academy, I taught mainly primary 3 to 6 pupils and some secondary 1 pupils. Currently I am living in Indonesia and hence will only be able to conduct online classes.
