I’m an Operations and Executive Support professional with a background in Industrial Engineering and experience supporting leadership, running client-facing operations, and building scalable processes in remote environments. In my current role, I act as the operational extension of the Owner and Operations Manager, leading the client-facing operations team and serving as the central point of coordination for daily operations, escalations, and cross-functional workflows. I manage the company’s primary communication channel, handle complex client situations, and ensure operational continuity across teams. A key part of my work involves building structure where it doesn’t yet exist. I create processes from scratch, develop SOPs for all core workflows, and am currently building the company’s internal LMS to standardize execution and support growth. I’m trusted with sensitive information and decision-making, and I’m known for bringing clarity, organization, and follow-through to fast-paced environments. I’m interested in remote or international opportunities in operations, business operations, or executive operations support, where I can continue to grow, take ownership, and contribute at a high level.
