I provide end-to-end HR support and strategic advisory, expanding the function's scope far beyond traditional mobility. HR Generalist & Employee Relations: I provide full-spectrum HR support for the entire assignment lifecycle. I act as the first point of contact for mobile employees on sensitive matters, manage complex employee relations cases, advise on performance management cycles, and oversee onboarding and repatriation programs to ensure a seamless transition and positive employee experience. HR Digital Transformation Lead: I lead critical digital transformation projects to modernize HR services for our mobile workforce. This includes managing the end-to-end selection and implementation of new technology platforms, where I drive all associated change management to enhance operational efficiency, data analytics, and service delivery. Strategic HR & Workforce Management: I direct the group's first centralized Global Mobility function, which I designed and launched from the ground up. I partner directly with senior HR and business leaders to ensure mobility strategy remains fully integrated with broader Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Workforce Planning initiatives. Operational & Service Delivery Excellence: I build and manage a high-performance international vendor network (tax, immigration, relocation). I establish and oversee rigorous KPIs and governance frameworks to ensure exceptional, high-touch service delivery and operational excellence across all touchpoints.
